On December 10 – 11, 2025, the Music Meet Up brings together music creators, funders, and cultural institutions for an intensive exchange across the Greater Region. At venues in Siersburg and Saarbrücken, we’ll collaboratively develop perspectives for a stronger, more resilient music landscape – through cross-border cooperation, practical strategies, and sustainable networking.

Showcase Opportunities
Artists from the Greater Region have two distinct platforms to present their work. In the Listening Lounge on Wednesday evening, there will be an acoustic showcase with live performances in an intimate setting. Meanwhile, the FLINTA Listening Brunch* on Thursday provides a morning format for audio-visual presentations and personal exchange over brunch.
Both formats are designed to facilitate meaningful connections with international bookers, promoters, and cultural decision-makers. Selected artists will benefit from professional documentation of their performances and accommodation support, creating valuable opportunities for cross-border exposure and career development.
Acoustic and Listening Session
Artists are invited to perform in our acoustic session at Hemmersdorf Pop Store on December 10th. Selected acts will present one song from record and one live performance (max. 2 persons on stage). Piano available on site, accommodation provided for selected artists.
FLINTA* Listening Brunch
We welcome applications from FLINTA* artists – submitted either by the artists themselves or their representatives (managers, bookers, institutions). Selected participants will present their work through short video and audio contributions in an intimate brunch setting designed for visibility, networking and empowerment.
